STEPS FOR SUBSCRIPTION

1. Choose your favorite products

Select the products you want to subscribe monthly. You can also select products per unit (one-time payment).

2. Add products to your shopping cart

Select the number of products you want to receive per month and select the "Subscribe" button. Once subscribed, the products will be added to your shopping cart.

3. Shopping cart

Select the shopping cart button and verify your products and subscriptions. On this page you can edit them and check the purchase subtotal.

4. Complete purchase

Fill out your billing information, including the delivery location on the map. And finally select the payment method to activate the subscription for the selected products.

5. Your plan is ready!

Enjoy your coffee moments without having to worry about anything else, and take advantage of the additional benefits!

ANY QUESTIONS?

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN WORK?

Once you have registered and made the first payment, you will receive your order of 30 capsules every month on the same date as your first payment. Orders will be delivered during the week. If your registration date falls on a weekend, the order will be delivered the following Monday.

CAN I CHANGE THE MIX OF MY ORDERS?

Yeah. You can change it at any time with a simple WhatsApp message. Once we receive your request, we will make changes for all subsequent orders.

CAN THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN BE PAUSED?

Your subscription plan can be upgraded at any time for up to 2 months. However, the monthly payment cannot be stopped. If you decide to pause the plan, send us a WhatsApp message with the request, and we will make arrangements to defer orders for the time you request.

CAN I CANCEL MY PLAN?

Of course. If you decide that it is not the plan for you, you can cancel it or request a change of plan. Changing plans may have additional costs, depending on the plan you decide to migrate to. Cancellation has no cost.

DO DELIVERY HAVE A COST DURING THE DURATION OF THE PLAN?

No. During the duration of the plan, your shipments are free. Even if you want to place additional orders, you won't have to worry about shipping costs.

DO THE PLANS APPLY AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL?

No. At the moment the subscription plans apply only in the city of Quito.
